Monica has personally been on over 60 diets since she became a teenager (that equates to about 4 diets every year). From eating “strictly grapefruit” to cabbage soup, to basic starving (frankly; what the majority of the diets would equate to - truthfully). Monica has had the initiative to evaluate practically every gimmick on the market also. In reality, she spent a long time dedicating about 100% of her focus (her friends and associates would argue this number to generally be actually 110%) - to this very industry (weight-loss and improved health).

And to this present day, she finds herself still…looking for “better solutions”….particularly given her present scenario…
